SHIPPING POLICIES
The product what you see on the site is what will be shipped out, if no different colours are mentioned in the product description then only the same will be shipped out to the customers. We can ship to any address you request. Your billing name and address must be entered exactly as you see it on your credit card statement. You may specify a different ship-to address. For high-value items we may need to contact you before shipping to verify the ship-to address, or in certain cases we may have to ship directly to the bill-to address (we will contact you in this situation before anything ships out). Under no circumstances will we lower the declared value on the shipping document or any other records. We will also not declare the item as a "gift". Some of our Big ARF Airplanes and Gasoline Boat's Video's are there for the sake of the example to show the customers what the Finished product looks like.
When paying by Paypal:
If the address you provide in your order checkout does not match what Paypal has on file we will need to contact you before we ship out your order. If your Paypal address is unconfirmed, we will need to contact you before we ship out your order. In order to avoid these problems please ensure that the name and address you provide in the billing section of your order checkout matches exactly what Paypal has on file.
We have a very high demand for some of our products mentioned in our site if at any given time we do run out of stock of a particular ordered item we will notify the customer within 24hours of purchase via email, we will give you the customer of picking from a few different choices rounding up to the same or a little higher value of what you the customer has paid for (Few choices will be sent via email customer can pick from some of the options and notify us soon of their choice and we will ship out quickly) our aim is to give the customer the ultimate satisfaction.
A tracking number will be provided for any orders shipped via courier. If you have provided us with an email address during your order checkout, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you showing the tracking number and which courier was used. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for a tracking number to become active because we assign the tracking number before the package is picked up by the courier. U.S. Customers do not pay any extra fees due to the North American Free Trade Agreement. Canadian customers must pay 5% GST (Saskatchewan customers must pay 5% GST and 5% PST). International customers are responsible for paying ALL customs fees, brokerage fees.
REFUND POLICY
No Refunds will be accepted after purchases unless damaged on delivery or faulty item.
Damaged shipping
It is the customers responsibility to check the package upon arrival for signs of damage before acceptance. Defective products should be reported to us immediately, within 2 days of receipt order. We will send you the replacement part to fix the item if it is possible. If the item cannot be easily fixed with free parts, we will then issue a receipt to be returned to us for a free replacement.
